We're Open Again - But Please Read Below:
🌈 We are in our first phase of re-opening which means we are contacting all customers who have missed appointments from the beginning of the crisis, IN STRICT DATE ORDER, from our first date of closure.
🌈 If you receive a call from us and do not need an appointment please let us know so we can offer it to the next on the list.
🌈 Due to the huge volume of phone calls, we are unfortunately unable to answer the phone, nor for you to leave a message. Our priority is working through the backlog. IF URGENT PLEASE USE SOCIAL MEDIA which is checked regularly: Bow Wow Wow Facebook Page
🌈 We are not yet in a position to honour pre-booked appointments for at least the next few weeks, unless you have spoken to one of our team since 11th May.
🌈 If you are contacted and receive an appointment, we have an extremely strict handover procedure in place which rather than detail here, you will be talked through when we telephone you.
🌈 Please note that in order to ensure a continued service, our team has split. This means that we can only groom a limited number of dogs per day BUT in the unlikely event that the virus should enter the premises then only 50% of us need self-isolate. Therefore we will not need to re-close.
🌈 If we contact you AND there have been symptoms of the virus in your household recently you are OBLIGATED to tell us and decline the offer of an appointment.
🌈 FINALLY...we know it’s frustrating, you all have dogs that are desperate for attention which is why we’ve made this decision to re-open. But please understand that we can only do so much. We know you are telephoning us, but with so much more care to sanitising, doggie safety, our safety, organising the back log and having a reduced team we can only deal with the doggies that are booked in for that day, and not answering the 100 plus calls per day. We aren’t trying to be rude and difficult to get to as we cannot wait to welcome you all through the doors with hugs, kisses and doggy snuffles as soon as this is all past us.
