Until we receive confirmation that we can reopen we are only able to carry out “welfare grooms”. These are upon the advice of a vet, heavily matted dogs or where, if the dog was not groomed would cause distress to the dog.

Upon reopening we will be contacting all customers who have missed appointments in strict date order from early January.
