Hi, I am Suzanne, the founder of Bow Wow Wow. I opened the doors to our little barn back in 2015, creating a space built on trust, care, and a genuine love for dogs. Over the years, I have had the privilege of grooming generations of much loved pets, getting to know both the dogs and their families.

While Bow Wow Wow is now home to a collective of talented independent groomers, I continue to work with a small number of long standing clients, focusing on the relationships I have built over time.

Alongside grooming, I have developed a strong interest in canine nutrition and wellbeing, which led me to create Mr Darcy’s Dog Stop, a boutique helping owners make more natural, informed choices for their dogs.

Everything I do is rooted in one simple belief. Dogs deserve to look and feel their very best, inside and out.

Hi, I'm Emma. Dogs have always been my passion, and I started grooming at just 15 years old. Now at 23, it is still the only job I have ever had because it has never felt like work. Grooming is something I genuinely love doing every single day.

Over the years, I have developed my skills through hands on experience, building confidence in handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. My focus is always on creating a calm, positive environment where every dog feels safe and cared for.

Every dog that comes through the door is treated with patience, attention, and kindness, just like they are my own. For me, it is all about making sure they leave looking great and feeling happy.

Hi, I'm Claire. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and working with them has been my dream for as long as I can remember.

Dogs and horses in particular have always been at the heart of that passion, and over the years I have gained experience working in kennels, catteries, riding schools, livery yards, and rescue centres.I am an iPET qualified dog groomer and I absolutely love what I do. For me, grooming is not just about making dogs look their best, it is about ensuring they feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for throughout their time with me.

I take pride in giving every dog a calm, positive experience, treating them with the same patience and kindness I would give my own pets. I feel incredibly lucky to turn my lifelong passion into a career.

Hi, I'm Gabby, the face behind Schatzi Grooms. My love for dogs inspired me to change careers and train as a professional groomer, completing my iPET Level 3 Diploma in Dog Grooming and Salon Management. After qualifying, I stayed on as a teaching assistant, which was an amazing experience, but I soon realised my true passion was working hands on with dogs.

I joined Bow Wow Wow in July 2024, where I continued to develop my skills and confidence, and I am now proud to be running my own business and bringing Schatzi Grooms to life.

Outside of grooming, family is at the heart of everything I do. I love being outdoors, cooking, travelling, and enjoying a good laugh, and I bring that same warmth and energy into every appointment.
